Process Insights
Process Insights reports are available to integrated accounts only.
Pass-through Report
Shows your overall candidate pass-through rates and pass-through rates by stage (screening, assessment, offer, etc.), as well as a calculator showing how many applications you need to make a hire based on your historical data.
Gender Report
- Track gender representation and pass-through rates by gender at each stage of the hiring process.
Drop-Off Report
- See where most candidates drop out of your hiring process.
Hiring Report
- Understand the success of your hiring efforts, including offer acceptance rates, time-to-hire, and more.
Source Insights
Overall Source Report
- Shows which high-level sources your applicants and hires come from and how candidates from these sources move through your process respectively.
Inbound Source Report
- Shows which inbound sources (sources candidates used to apply to your company directly) your applicants and hires come from and how candidates from these sources move through your process respectively.
Outbound Source Report
- Shows which outbound sources (sources your company uses to reach out to candidates proactively) your applicants and hires come from and how candidates from these sources move through your process respectively.
Actionable Insights
Note: These reports are available for both integrated and non-integrated accounts; however, non-integrated accounts will not display a Recruiter name in the Recruiter(s) column since this information requires integration with an ATS.
Easy Wins Report
- Shows published jobs that are incomplete or materially different from similar jobs on the market--specifically, those missing Responsibilities and/or Requirements or perks/benefits, or those that are too long.
Compliance Report
- Shows published jobs that are out of compliance with applicable legislation--specifically, jobs that are missing salary information, a diversity statement, and/or an accommodation statement.
Operational Insights
Recruiting Performance
- Shows your hiring funnel statistics for a given time period, filterable by job type or department, experience level, location, and more. It also displays your average Job Score so you can grasp the “why” behind what’s happening.
Usage Report
- Shows editing activity and trends for a given time period so you can monitor adoption across your team and learn how all of your efforts are affecting your job scores.
Weekly Snapshot
- Provides a complete look at your published job posts, including score, days live, and issues with the title or content.
Content Snapshot
Shows the state of content across all of your open jobs. This filterable weekly dashboard highlights opportunities to improve the visibility, clarity, and inclusiveness of your job posts.
Language Snapshot
- Illuminates patterns of problematic diction across all of your open jobs in a given week. This filterable weekly dashboard highlights how the words and expressions you use most impact the size, quality, and diversity of your candidate pool and helps you identify specific areas for improvement.
