Datapeople's Hiring Report contains crucial information about your hiring process, ensuring your team is meeting its hiring goals. It can answer questions like:

- How many open offers do we have out?
- What is our average time to hire?
- What is the gender representation of our hires?
- Which source categories do our hires come from?
For most teams, benchmarking recruiting processes is a challenge. With Datapeople’s Hiring Report, you don’t have to rely on benchmarks shared by word-of-mouth to drive your talent strategy.
The table at the bottom of the report shows how many offers have been accepted, declined, or rescinded, as well as how many offers remain open:
Why don't I see the Hiring Report in my account?
If you don’t see the Hiring Report, it’s likely because your ATS isn’t integrated with Datapeople. Reach out to your Customer Success Manager to learn more about integrating, which allows deeper insights into your recruiting data via this and other Reports.
Can I share this report?
Please do! You can easily share the Hiring Report with other Datapeople users by clicking the Share button in the top right. Recipients will receive a link to the Report with the time range you've selected, along with any filters you applied. You can also download the charts into a PNG file and/or the table into a CSV file.
