Explaining the Hiring Report table
| Resolved Offers |
The number of extended offers that were resolved (i.e. accepted, rejected or rescinded) in the given date range. |
| Accepted Offers |
Offers that were accepted by the candidate (ie. ires). |
| Declined Offers |
Offers that were rejected by the candidate. |
| Rescinded Offers |
Offers that were rescinded from the candidate by the employer. |
| Open Offers |
The number of offers that were extended (at any point in time) that are currently still open. This metric is not dependent on the date range filter. |

| Rates |
The percentage of offers of a given resolution (ie. accepted, declined, etc.) out of all resolved offers. |
