Explore Datapeople's Outbound Source Report
The Outbound Report, part of Datapeople's Premium Source Insights, is your source of truth for tracking which sources your sourced applicants and hires come from.
Datapeople's Outbound Report contains specific information about where your outbound applicants (candidates who the company actively reached out to) and hires are coming from, helping you determine which outbound sources are most effective for your team. It can answer questions like:
- Which sources do most outbound applicants come from?
- Which of these categories lead to the most outbound hires?
- Which of my sourcing platforms has the best ROI?
- Which staffing firms / RPOs / agencies are attracting the most qualified applicants?
You can view this information in the bar graphs at the top of the report and find a detailed breakdown of outbound sources in the table at the bottom.
Analyzing Application to Hire Pipeline
Understanding where the majority of your applicants come from can be useful information when determining where to spend your time or money; however, seeing which sources of applicants lead to hires can help you discover which sources are most valuable. It is expected that source ratios for applicants and hires would generally align: for example, if most of your applicants come from LinkedIn, you would expect most of your hires to come from LinkedIn as well. However, if your hires are mostly coming from another source, you may consider whether that other source is providing higher-quality candidates, or if there are certain biases that tip the scales in favor of that source.
ROI on Paid Sources
This report can also be used to dive deeper into specific outbound sources and their relative performance to help make decisions on where your resources are best allocated.
The Outbound Report can help gauge performance of any Prospecting and Agency sources you have enlisted.
