How does Datapeople categorize Outbound sources?

In the Outbound report:

• prospecting (or insourced) sources include sources that are primarily managed by in-house teams. These often include tools or platforms that help companies prospect talent such as TopFunnel, Gem or other CRM tools, or that act as candidate marketplaces such as Jopwell, Entelo, TripleByte.
• agency (or outsourced) sources include sources that are primarily located outside of the company, such as staffing companies / RPO, agencies or executive search firms such as Michael Page, Robert Half, Hays, Adecco, Randstad etc.
