Identify Requisitions-in-Need More Quickly 👀
July 18, 2024
For our Greenhouse and SmartRecruiters integrated customers (and more ATSs soon!), Requisition Libraries and Progress Reports now give you more context to decide where to take action!
Your Requisition Libraries will now include columns that will help you see how many active posts and applications are associated with a requisition and how long the requisition has been open, without having to click into each individual Requisition Report.
With these additional columns, we’ve made sorting easier. Just click each column header to sort by the column!
When you do click into a Requisition Progress Report, you’ll notice that the Job Post table now shows you each post’s current score and status.
Further down in the Requisition Progress Report, we are introducing a new sub-table that shows a list of the active candidates in each stage of your process alongside important details, such as what stage they are in in your ATS and how recent their last activity was, so you can quickly see who you may need to touch base with next. From this table, a simple click will take you into their profile in your ATS.

If (when) you find something of interest, simply click to navigate instantly to the corresponding report for a more detailed look.
Checking your Executive Insights on a monthly or quarterly basis can help you uncover trends in your recruiting processes, share executive-level insights with leadership, and illuminate opportunities for optimization to ensure your processes are efficient and fair.

Requisition Progress Reports are Live 🚀
The Requisition Progress Report provides an intimate look at the lifecycle of a requisition, from opening to closing. This singular view ensures that the entire hiring team understands the requisition’s latest progress and can align on smart adjustments to improve outcomes.
Each requisition that you create in your ATS will generate a Requisition Progress Report. Reports will be accessible in the Library drop-down and will be organized by the status of the requisition in your ATS.
As with other Datapeople platform experiences, access will be limited to the hiring team but sharing and commenting are available and encouraged!

Comment your way to easier template usage 💭
To make templates even easier for your team to use, we have added the ability for an Admin to attach comments to templates. All job posts using the template will inherit the comments, providing further guidance to writers. Please note that template comments will not be attributed to anyone, as shown below.
If you have any questions you can visit our help article ❯
Filter your way to faster navigation ⏩
To provide more streamlined navigation we are introducing powerful ATS and Datapeople filters. These filters are available on your Library and Insights pages to organize, segment, and group jobs based on common attributes.
For more information on ATS-based filters, please see ATS Filters. To learn more about Datapeople-based filters, please see more information on Job Family Filters, Seniority Filters, and Dynamic Filters.
Confidently post to Job Boards with salary formatting alert
Did you know that job boards, such as Indeed, have specific formats they require for salary requirements?
If you don’t format it accordingly, your job post may not be shown. To ensure you (continue) to get maximum candidate interest our Smart Editor highlights potential formatting concerns and makes it easy for your team to make the right adjustments.
Your Templates, Your Way ✍
We have streamlined the creation, management, and usage of your templates. If you are an Adminstrator, your 'Manage Templates' experience has a whole new look displaying important information such as who created each template, when it was created, and when it was last edited.
With this release, we are introducing template statuses. The status of a template will control its potential usage. Draft templates can only be accessed by Administrators on the ‘Manage Templates’ page. Published templates will be accessible by all users, and Administrators can remove them from public use by unpublishing them, which will revert them to draft status.
We have also made finding your desired templates easier by listing them alphabetically and introducing the ability to search on the ‘Write a Post’ modal. Read more here ❯
