Why can’t you provide pass-through benchmark data like you do for drop-offs?

Pass-through rates are too variable to make benchmarks useful or meaningful. Pass-through rates are not necessarily something that should be optimized for (vs drop-offs which you’d ideally like to minimize). Pass-through rates are more closely tied to certain goals within your own recruiting processes rather than the rates of other companies, therefore, internal comparisons can be more fruitful and insightful than external benchmarks.

Here is a great article that discusses how optimizing your recruiting processes to match your recruiting goals can affect your pass-through rate, and conversely how you can use your pass-through rate to track progress on your recruiting goals.
