Why do my pass-through rates look off?

Datapeople calculates pass-through rates using candidate stage data taken from your ATS. Data accuracy is dependent on candidate stage data being regularly and correctly updated in your ATS. Data that is not properly input or updated may result in your pass-through rates looking off.
