      Chrome Extension: Troubleshooting

      If your Datapeople Chrome extension is not working, try these steps first.

      Update your Datapeople Chrome Extension

      While Chrome will usually update your extensions automatically, you should check to see that you are using the latest version of our Chrome extension.

      1. Start Google Chrome.

      2. Click the vertical ellipsis icon on the browser toolbar.

      3. Select More Tools -> Extensions.

        4.   Toggle on "Developer mode" in the top right.

        5.   Near the top left, click the “Update” button.

       

      If there is a newer version of our extension than the one you are using, it will update.

      Be sure your Datapeople Chrome Extension is turned on

      1. Using the same instructions from above, navigate to More Tools -> Extensions

      2. Be sure the Datapeople Chrome extension is toggled "on".

       

       

      Interference from other Chrome Extensions

      At times, some extensions that block your identity can interfere with the functioning of the Datapeople Chrome extension, or prevent it from appearing on your ATS page at all. If you are using any of these (a Google Analytics blocker, for example) try toggling that extension off to see if it solves your problem.
