Who has access to a job posting in Datapeople?

Understand who has access to which job postings.

Admin-level users have access to all job postings in Datapeople, except Private Datapeople Drafts. To learn more about what makes an Admin, see our article on managing user permissions.

1) Public Datapeople Drafts: All users have access to view Drafts you create in Datapeople which are set to "Public."

2) Private Datapeople Drafts: Only you can view Drafts you create in Datapeople which you set to "Private."

2) ATS-Integrated Job Postings: In an ATS-integrated account, job access is based on ATS permissions.
