Job Architecture Data Integrity Alerts
The Job Architecture feature highlights potential data integrity issues with how your job architecture is set up in your HRIS.
The job architecture view highlights items that:
- are empty (have no children - ie. a job family with no job profiles in it)
- have low capacity (have 1-2 children; items with few children may suggest they don't need to be their own separate category)
- has no parent
- has multiple parents
In some cases, these may be intentional, but Payscale highlights these instances in case they are not intentional and should be corrected in your HRIS.
Viewing Job Architecture Alerts
In the Job Architecture View
You can easily identify items with alerts by using the 'Architecture Alerts' filters

Click on any of the filtered job profiles to see the alert card on the side bar view.

If a job profile has multiple alerts, the side bar view will contain multiple alert cards.

In the Matrix View
In the matrix view, a job profile with alerts will have an alert icon in its column header. To be able to see the alerts, click on the arrow in the top left corner of the job architecture table

Hovering on the alert icon will show you the alert details. Any actions that stem from these alerts will need to be taken inside of your HRIS.
