      Can I use the Datapeople Chrome Extension with Microsoft Edge?

      How to install our extension in the Microsoft Edge browser

      The answer is yes! You can use the Datapeople Chrome Extension with Microsoft Edge. You will just have to follow a few simple steps before proceeding:

      Make sure you are on an updated version of Edge, which is based on Chromium

      Versions after January 2020 will fall into this category

      Set your Edge browser to accept extensions from other (non-Microsoft) stores

      1) Click the three horizontal dots in the top right corner of the browser, then click "Extensions"

      2) Toggle to "Allow extension from other stores"

      3) You may see a message from Microsoft asking you to confirm that you want to allow extensions from other stores. Click "Allow"

      Install the Datapeople Chrome Extension!

      You can follow the usual instructions found here, but within your Microsoft Edge browser.
