I just made an update in my ATS. Why is it not reflected in my reports?

We pull application data from your ATS every 12 hours to avoid overloading your ATS with requests. In general, we typically see that customers have an episodic use-case for analytics and therefore don’t need up-to-the-minute updates.

If you don’t see updates after 12 hours, please reach out to your Account Rep with details.
