Every job profile in your account has a status that tells you exactly where it stands and which library it lives. Here's what each one means and how it helps your team stay organized.

Draft

  • Draft profiles are a work in progress. They haven't been published to your HRIS and won't affect any connected systems.
  • Use drafts to build out and review profile content before you're ready to go live.

HRIS Profiles

  • HRIS profiles are published and active. They're live in your HRIS and visible to connected systems.
  • These are the profiles driving your compensation and workforce processes right now.

Templates

  • Templates are reusable blueprints for building job profiles at scale.
  • Use them to maintain consistency across roles, reduce rework, and move faster when creating new profiles.
