Every job post in your account has a status that tells you exactly where it stands in the hiring process. Here’s what each one means - and how it helps your team stay organized and efficient.

Draft

Draft posts are your work in progress. They’re not published anywhere yet, so applicants can’t see them.

Use drafts to fine-tune your content before you’re ready to go live.

Flagship Jobs

Flagship Jobs are your go-to library of best-in-class or most common job content.

They make it easy for your team to stay consistent, cut down on edits, and move faster when creating new posts.

Published

Published posts are live and visible to applicants on at least one job board (internal or external).

These are the posts driving applications right now.

Unpublished

Unpublished posts were once live but have since been removed from job boards.

They’re no longer visible to applicants, but you can keep them for reference or reuse in the future.
