Using Datapeople Anywhere in iCIMS

Create a new job in iCIMS 


  1. Navigate to iCIMS. Open Create tab and select Job.
  2. Select a template, if available or applicable.
  3. Once you land on Create Job tab, you will see an Edit button in the sidebar that allows you to continue editing the job along with purple covers on the description fields. Please note that Datapeople does not edit job titles in iCIMS, so please edit them manually.

At this stage, you can,

    1. Continue editing the job.
    2. Import another existing job: In the Search tab in the sidebar, click the job you want to import then click “Import Job”. 
    3. To create a new draft in Datapeople: Click “Write” tab and create a draft.

  1. To edit the job description, simply click the Edit button where applicable, and the Datapeople editor will appear in a new window.
  2. Make edits in the Datapeople editor and click Save & Close to return to the job posting in iCIMS. Any changes will automatically sync, and the job score will update.

Edit an existing job in iCIMS


  1. Search for a job in iCIMS. Select the requisition you want to edit.
  2. Go to Description tab and click Edit button.
  3. Once you click the Edit button, you will see an Edit job button in the sidebar that allows you to continue editing the job along with purple covers on the description fields. Please note that Datapeople does not edit job titles in iCIMS, so please edit them manually.

At this stage, you can,

    1. Continue editing the job.
