How do I enable my Lever integration?

Datapeople uses Lever OAuth to grant access to the data we need to provide our integrated features.

Once you're onboarded to Datapeople, a user on your team with Super Admin access in Lever will be able to complete the integration authorization directly in Datapeople with just a few clicks.

Make sure the user who is authenticating our integration has Super Admin permissions in Lever.

  1. Navigate to Datapeople > Settings > Connect to Lever


  1. Click "Connect Lever"

    • You will be directed to a Lever page which outlines the specific permissions needed by Datapeople.
    • It will take a few seconds to authenticate, but once connected, you'll see "Connect Lever" button will be replaced with "Your ATS has already been connected". This indicates you’ve successfully authorized the integration.

  1. The Datapeople team will be in touch shortly regarding the next steps.

    It typically takes 1-2 days to sync job posts, reqs, users and other metadata from Lever. You may encounter an “Account Maintenance” screen in Datapeople while your integration is in progress.
